Coming soon: Europe travel plans in 2026

Hi friends, it’s been awhile since I’ve updated the blog. After our last trip abroad to London and Scotland, we were homebound for the remainder of 2025 and first quarter of 2026.

What do we have planned for travel in 2026? A bunch of Europe!

Next month, we will be visiting Denmark and Norway, basing ourselves in Copenhagen and Tromso.

In the summer, we will venture over to Austria including stops in Vienna, Salzburg, and Lermoos, and finish off with a couple days in Munich, Germany.

We have our flights and hotels booked for both trips and a few activities already planned for our itineraries, but I’d love to hear from you about things to see, eat, and do!

    Idk if you’ll have time in Denmark, but I’d take a 3-5 day trip to the Faroe Islands! Truly stunning. Otherwise, a jaunt in Copenhagen and perhaps a day trip to Helsingør would suffice. Hope you have a lovely time in Scandinavia soon, and a great summer ahead!

      Unfortunately not enough time for a trip to Faroe Islands but it’s been on my bucket list since I read your posts about your time there! It may also be a better trip when Teddy is older. We are planning to go to Helsingor to see Kronborg Castle though!
